我在乌节路麦当劳吃出苍蝇,店家做法让我更恶心!

以下网友亲历,新加坡眼来函照登,主要是想提醒大家:一来,食品的安全卫生问题,关系重大;二来,每个门店对突发状况的处理手法,都会直接影响到公众对品牌的重新审视。

昨晚在麦当劳点了个gilled chiken salad with regular French fries(沙拉+薯条)。

薯条吃了一半,突然发现有一只炸的漆黑的苍蝇!!

拿去柜台,果不其然,对方的第一反应,就是给我追加食物。被回绝后,他们并没有立即换掉旧油,或者处理掉污染的薯条,而是直接从柜台给我一包新薯条叫我拿着。

之后,我回到位置和朋友吃完沙拉,二十分钟内也没有人过来给予任何道歉或说明。

虽说麦当劳出事不是第一次了,可还是一点长进也没有啊。危机公关的反应完全没有提升,也没有意识到任何问题,好像吃出苍蝇很平常似的,希望麦当劳能引以为戒!

其实除了麦当劳,新加坡部分小贩的饮食卫生,也很受大家关注:
