All roads lead to Capitol Singapore with “Mambo to 2020”, a fantastic “3 Parties in 1 Destination” celebration. The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore and Capitol Singapore will end 2019 with a retro bang across a series of mambo-themed countdown parties teeming with retro vibes across the integrated complex – Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski, Capitol Theatre and Outdoor Plaza. Guest and diners will also have the option of waiting for the minute the clock strikes midnight with a plethora of German, Thai, Italian or Spanish dining options specially curated to get everyone in the perfect party mood.

The restaurant is celebrating the turn of the new year with cauliflower and smoked Fjord trout, Wagyu beef cheek with ratte potato puree and wild rice, and more. Warm up to midnight with a live band from 6pm at the dining strip of Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski while feasting on a series of set menus across establishments like Frieda, Chalerm Thai, La Scala Ristorante and El Teatro Tapas. As we near the stroke of 12, a DJ will round everyone up and accompany everyone on a countdown!
For New Year’s Eve, diners will get to enjoy sumptuous treats including baked camembert with Cumberland sauce, oxtail consommé enriched with chicken liver ravioli, beef roulade stuffed with onion and more, served across a 4-course meal for a truly German welcome 2020.
