i Light Singapore is Asia’s leading sustainable light art festival and it is traditionally held in Marina Bay. This year, the festival returns on 6th March with a line up of astonishing light art installations.
Held since 2010, i Light aims to showcase magnificent light art installations from emerging artists from Singapore and around the world.
These light art installations are designed with energy-saving lighting or environmentally-friendly materials to encourage and inspire festival goers and the general public to adopt sustainable habits in their everyday lives.
These creative light installations designed by the environmentally-conscious artists aim to bring light to everyday items that are often overlooked.

The Festival also features a range of fringe activities for visitors to enjoy, bringing vibrancy to public spaces in our city centre.
Singapore 2020 light art festival, scheduled to be held from 6 to 29 March 2020, will be postponed. The new dates for the Festival will be announced in due course.
With the current Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level stepped up to Orange amidst the 2019 novel coronavirus situation, the postponement of i Light Singapore 2020 is in line with the advisory to cancel or defer non-essential large-scale events.
