2025年4月，SINGAUTO新亚科技先后参与了在马来西亚吉隆坡举办的ARC资本市场与并购论坛, 以及在新加坡的ACPG资管新现实及投资机会私人午宴中发布了ATA未来专项基金。作为国际新能源商用车创新企业亮相东南亚资本中心，加速推进绿色智能冷链配送技术的全球发展，深获潜在客户及投资方的广泛高度关注。

In April 2025, SINGAUTO participated in the ARC Capital Markets and M&A Forum held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and the New Realities & Investment Opportunities Private Luncheon hosted by ACPG Asset Management in Singapore, during which the ATA Future VCC Fund was introduced. As a global innovator in commercial electric vehicles, the Company made an impactful appearance at these Southeast Asian financial centers, accelerating the global development of its green smart cold chain logistics technologies which received broad and heightened attention from both potential customers and investors alike.

2025年4月11日，SINGAUTO受邀作为资本合作伙伴出席由ARC Group在吉隆坡主办的2025 ARC资本市场与并购论坛十周年纪念峰会。本次论坛以“增长、战略与跨境协作”为主题，聚焦资本市场和并购领域，吸引了500多名东盟及各国政府代表、行业领袖及国际投资机构的广泛参与。

On April 11, 2025, SINGAUTO was invited as a capital partner to attend the 2025 ARC Capital Markets and M&A Forum Kuala Lumpur 10th Anniversary Special Edition, hosted by ARC Group. Centered on the theme of “Growth, Strategy, and Cross-Border Collaboration,” the forum focused on capital markets and M&A, drawing over 500 government representatives, industry leaders, and international investors across ASEAN countries and beyond.

The forum earmarked the formalization of strategic partnership between SINGAUTO and ARC Group, whose respective resources and footprints across Asia, MENA, EU and US are highly complementary. Such partnership will effectively join forces between growth opportunities in the new energy commercial vehicle sector and global capital markets, which not only solidifies SINGAUTO’s presence in Southeast Asia but also lays a solid foundation for its global expansion.

随后同月23日在新加坡，SINGAUTO在由ACPG Asset Management主办且超额报名的闭门午宴上正式亮相了ATA未来专项基金（ATA Future VCC Fund）, 为SINGAUTO的产品技术研发和美股上市储备充足粮草的同时也将给新能源赛道投资者提供丰厚的回报机遇。

Subsequently on April 23rd in Singapore, SINGAUTO officially launched the ATA Future VCC Fund at the invitation-only and oversubscribed luncheon hosted by ACPG Asset Management. This dedicated fund which supports the Company’s product R&D and US public listing efforts offers attractive returns to its investors interested in the new energy sector.

At the luncheon, SINGAUTO‘s Mr. Peter Chen shared details of the Company’s development strategy and capital program, to which the ATA Future VCC Fund serves as a channel to accelerate the development of the new energy commercial vehicle supply chain in order to actively expand into the Southeast Asia, Middle East, and North American markets.
